- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is heavily based on the amount of time to complete the project. Material costs are fairly straightforward, but the unique variable is the cost of labor based on the length of time to complete the installation. We also offer our own branded equipment (surveillance cameras) which can help to mitigate the overall cost of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit to understand the property, the project, and the client. After the initial site visit, we will send a recap of the expectations based on our interpretation of the clients' needs. The recap will include a cost estimate and an expected start date. After the details are confirmed, we ask for a deposit to start the project, and the balance is paid at the time of completion. We also offer monitoring services upon the completion of the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been building our own security systems since 2019, and our team began installing security services in 2020. Our staff is professionally trained, and that is exemplified each day we are on site.
