- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't really have a process, I typically just go with the flow each client is different I have different interactions with each of my clients. Some clients love to chat beforehand to make sure I have a clear idea of what they want to know. Some clients prefer just to have me do the reading and then debrief. I've even had a few that just emailed me the questions and requested I respond with pictures. Either way I'm good with whatever works best for the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had an interest in the unknown ( magik, tarot). I grew up in the middle of nowhere in central, PA and somehow magik still found me. In 4th grade I was introduced to Harry Potter and magik itself. Yes, My intrest in magik started with Harry Potter but it grew into so much more! I remember growing up asking my grandmother for a spell book. She flipped and asked " Why would I need a spell book" and cursed the idea as evil. That didn't stop me I started researching The Salem Witch Trials which lead me to research New Orleans Voodoo which led me to Tarot. Right now I have a strong interest in Yoruba gods and goddesses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand you may go into a reading wanting an answer on one thing but the cards will lead you to where you really should be focused or where you really should be mentally or physically. I've had clients with specific questions get upset because when the cards are drawn the cards address a whole other area of their life they may not be focusing on now. REMEMBER The cards are tools to guide us but ultimately the decision is ours.
