- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All translations come with a Notarized Certificate of Translation. Most legal documents are typically $60 flat rate such as Driver's Licenses, Birth/Wedding/Divorce/Death Certificates. Real Estate and Medical Documents on a case by case basis. School Transcripts are typically $50 p/page and/or less since some pages have little information. Feel free to ask for a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
