- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill hourly for services. The hourly rate is typically $50.00 - $70.00/hr depending on how complex your project is. You can choose to engage on a part-time basis (5 - 20 hrs/wk) or full-time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, there is a call to understand your project. Next, based on your project, we allow you to select from 3 people within our collective that best match the skills your project requires. Then, once selected, we request a $500.00 deposit to start the work. The $500.00 deposit is deducted from the first invoice. You are billed every two weeks thereafter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our collective contains 9 PhDs, 13 Masters, and 24 undergraduate degrees, including experience at some of the biggest companies in the world including Merck, Google, and Airbnb.
