Introduction: I am an activist by profession who has worked for more than a decade to end marriage discrimination against same-gender couples. I officiate weddings because I simply love being a part of the experience of making sure that two individuals can have something other than a cookie-cutter ceremony. A ceremony should be the centerpiece of a wedding, and anchored in love and joy and real meaning! I love bringing a sense of community to a couple's wedding day and helping them fully experience the joys that accompany getting married.

I am constantly updating the resources I offer couples based upon what I experience out in the world myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with many couples who are planning elopement ceremonies to Washington, D.C., but I also love working with couples who want to put together a ceremony from scratch that reflects who they are are individuals, and as a couple. I particularly love working with couples who have been together for many years and are just now savoring the freedom to marry.
