Mr. Usuah promptly responded to my request. I accepted his offer. The following day I called and left a message to call me back on when he would start, how long his services would be needed and to arrange for payment. One week passed and I did not receive a phone call. I also checked my email daily and nothing. By then the grass needed to be cut and I needed to seek out someone else at a higher price. Given the quick response and price quoted, I was highly disappointed with the lack of response after I accepted his offer..
