I've been taking guitar lessons from Jim for seven months. What impresses me the most is that Jim doesn't teach by a strict regiment. He is able to discern which particular methods work best with each individual student. Whether teaching the basics with scales and finger exercises, or reading sheet music or tablature, or strumming and fingerpicking styles, Jim has gone the extra mile and offered me helpful advice in arranging my own original songs, and always points out my strengths, thus boosting my confidence level for upcoming gigs. Jim makes learning fun, exciting and laid back all at the same time. My only complaint...time goes by too fast during my lesson!

Jim Rezac has a very unique way of teaching which makes your learning experience fun and enjoyable. He uses songs that you are familiar with to teach guitar cords, cord changes, and lead. Looking forward to my next classes.

Jim has been GREAT with me, I'm a guy that had a motorcycle accident some years ago, but Jim takes his time with me to teach me the guitar. At first he wasn't sure I could pick, because I crushed my RT elbow in my accident, it also caused me to have a brain injury. Jim has been nothing but helpfull. He is real patient with me if it takes me longer to get something and remember it. I can't say enough good things about Jim, hell he's a real nice guy on top of all that he does for me, I feel that I found a friend too.

Can't have a better guitar teacher than Jim Rezac. He makes learning to play the guitar fun. Didn't know I'd be able to learn to play songs that I actually like! But he made that possible!

I've never stop practicing or learning new licks on the guitar myself.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Almost half of my clients are between the age of 55 and 72 years old. I also have students as young as six years old. Each student, each page presents its own challenges and enjoyment. My job for all of them is to enjoy the bar as they get better.
