Actually I would pick all of the above!!! I am VERY HAPPY with the job they done. I have white cabinets and I had them cleaned. It looks like I have a new kitchen!!! They were also very nice👍😁 I am definitely going to call them for more things . They don't just clean. They do a lot more. The contractors’ plan sounded good, reasonable, and the majority of the overall execution was fair/good, however there were a lot of hiccups along the way. The wainscoting was mostly good although it has left me with an uneven panel, which I didn’t notice until the job was finished and all paid for. I’m still waiting for him to fix it. The initial job I gave them wasn’t completed as I expected. Many areas that I expected to be painted wasn’t. The communication between us was mostly caused because of language problems. Not having workers without full command of English has its drawbacks. The additional smaller jobs included projects: (1) like installation of a range, which when installed leaked gas a may still be leaking. They came back a fixed the majority of the problems, but I still believe there remains a faint gas smell. (2) fixing a cracked glass in a small transient window, was a problem because it seemed to be too much learning as you go. We had too many delays and excuses during the process. The disregard for my time was stated in a comment from the contractor “what else to I have to do, but wait for them.” That did it for me as far as further jobs or 100% satisfaction rating. I tried waiting and giving them a chance to fix the panel in the wainscoting and rechecking the gas suspected leak, but I will hire a more experienced individual to repair the issues they’ve left me with. Plus my house was left multiple times with dust spread all over the house, which could have been avoided if they had covered areas they worked in with plastic or some kind of draping. Therefore had to spend additional time and money cleaning behind them.
