We do surprise inspections on our cleaners to make sure they are doing quality work as well as continue to train them on a regular basis. We show them different techniques and tips on how to clean deep in dirt.

I've had 5 star experiences with ACC, Donna does a very good job in my apartment. Her & the owner are both professional and accommodating. Having a clean home helps relieve a lot of stress, I'm grateful for their team.

I'm currently moving into a new home in Middletown and have been pricing around. When I came across All County Cleaning I thought I was seeing things when I read the price. Their price was more than half of what the other cleaners quoted me. I read the reviews and decided why not I'll give a call. Michael was so helpful and answered all of my questions and assured me I would be extremely satisfied. All I have to say is WOW Michael and Donna showed up and started to work. The end result was beyond my expectations. My pantry was filthy the wire rack shelving was covered in black soot and it now sparkles as well does the rest of the house. I'm definetly hiring them for monthly cleaning services. I even shared my excitement on Facebook to promote their business. Job very well done. Thanks again!!!

All County was FANTASTIC. The owner was patient and answered all of my questions and was respectful regarding my odd timing by not pestering me in any way. When it was time to officially hire, he offered a fair price and talked me through the process carefully. He also touched base the week of the project. Donna showed up at my house very timely and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning. I was fortunate, the original homeowners left the home in great shape but Donna went the extra mile in every nook and cranny. She even was able to show me how to use my front door which had an odd screen system I had never seen before. I have never used a cleaning company before, but I would not hesitate to hire All County again. Both the cleaner and owner made sure everything was taken care of to my liking! Thanks again guys! It was a pleasure ... And there have not been many pleasures in the home buying process :-)

Dawn arrive a few minutes early, took a walk through and then started cleaning. She did a wonderful job and made my home smell wonderful. I was highly and completely satisfied.

I have used their service once and planning to continue a recurring service. Colleen came about 10mins late however she immediately scanned around the house then went back to bring her equipment and cleaning materials and got straight to work. She did a fine job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its hard to have a standard pricing system for the simple fact that each house/office is different and unique in its own way. What I mean by that is each office/house has different square footage, some offices or houses may need a lot more attention then others so its hard to have a basic pricing system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer wants us to do and then we take what they have told us and explain how we are going to get their office or house to the clean they deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been with us for many years and go through an extensive 6 week training program with supervision and then once they are on their own we have our field supervisors that check on the cleaners to make sure all is ok and to assist them with any issues they may run across.
