- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its hard to have a standard pricing system for the simple fact that each house/office is different and unique in its own way. What I mean by that is each office/house has different square footage, some offices or houses may need a lot more attention then others so its hard to have a basic pricing system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer wants us to do and then we take what they have told us and explain how we are going to get their office or house to the clean they deserve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been with us for many years and go through an extensive 6 week training program with supervision and then once they are on their own we have our field supervisors that check on the cleaners to make sure all is ok and to assist them with any issues they may run across.
