I contracted Rose meadows landscaping and home services to build our deck and the experience was great. Before I contacted rose meadows a lot of companies were telling me that they had no availability until the end of summer. But despite a busy schedule Jack and his team were able to complete the deck before July 4th. The team were very responsive, Jack explained the process step by step and everything was executed as planned. The deck turned out beautiful my family and I love it and is very excited to spend a lot of quality time outside on our new deck. Thank you Rose Meadows.

He left and said he'll be back but hasn't come back as of yet so im just waiting. Plus he changed the estimated price to a much higher price once he started the job so im waiting to see what he does. Another contractor maybe required because so far im not happy with his service. He tried to use cheap quality materials to which I declined the offered material

I also want to clarify that we did not overcharge you. At your request, we purchased the higher-quality materials instead of the lower-cost options that were available. On the day we started, we made multiple trips to Lowe’s to get the materials needed, with purchases totaling over $723, not including fuel and labor. I have the receipts to document every purchase.
We also let you know we would be returning to continue the work, and we remain committed to completing the project. If there are any concerns, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss them with you directly rather than through a review.
We value our customers and always strive to be fair, honest, and transparent. I hope we can resolve this matter professionally.

Someone was supposed to come out and cut my grass today, and nobody came or called to let me know that no one would be able to cut my grass today I find it very unprofessional and I wouldnt suggest people to them.

When you reached out again, it was a last-minute request, and our crew was already scheduled on other jobs. We did our best to fit you into the schedule and clearly communicated that we could not guarantee a specific arrival time. You were welcome to decline or reschedule, but instead chose to leave a negative review that impacts our small business. We always strive to accommodate our customers, but we also have commitments to those who booked in advance. We wish you the best.
