Best experience ever on Thumbtack. Dylan’s plumbing experience went over and beyond the call of duty and beat my expectations. Dylan was willing to come out the same day and ready to get the old water heater replaced the same day without breaking the bank or upselling. I had to reschedule opting for Bradford White water heater, What a nice gentleman, professional, responsive, early, and a great pleasure to work with. So glad He came to my rescue. Amazing!!! if I can describe Dylan in one word. First off very polite, punctual and came ready to work even had boot covers which I appreciate so much because I have OCD about shoes being on my floor. He explained everything step by step which is wonderful for new homeowners, not knowing what to ask or where to start. So, if you should be so lucky to get Dylan, you are in great hands he is very experienced and professional. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family for their plumbing needs.
