Introduction: I have over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and have taught cooking classes for 20 years. I have been fortunate to have worked with many famous chefs throughout my career and learned a great deal from them. I love to share my knowledge of food and cooking. My husband (a CIA graduate) and I do exclusive catering (high-end). I also have a great deal of experience in recipe testing, recipe writing and editing. I love all things that have something to do with food and cooking!
