My experience was great. I had holes and cracks in every wall from a previous tenant and they came in and repaired and painted all walls done with such a great profession. We will have them making all the repairs to our units.

If I had the capacity to write all the words to describe this unprofessional company I would. After meeting with Roland, the representative, a timeline and contract, which has been thoroughly breached, was signed. I was told 2 days with 2 painters working in tandem to paint my living room, dining room, hallway and all trim. Paper was placed on my floors but tore and nothing was protecting my furniture and outlets. There was 1 painter the 1st day and he got paint on my hardwood floors. Same day but now night another “painter” came to work on the trim around the windows and painter over my curtain brackets and the plastic covering the window a/c. Roland came by and I told him I was not happy and frustrated. He assured me that I would “love” the final results and he would make sure 2 painters would be there the next day. Next day, 1 painter again who knew what he was doing but couldn’t finish because he had to fix all the problems left from day 1 and AGAIN no help for him. Day 3 progress was made but again just 1 painter. No Roland to check on the progress or even help. Day 4 finally finished at 8:17pm! There are still a few places that need to be touched up but I’m done with this raggedy company! I lol do it myself which is what I didn’t want to do and why this company was hired. Also, I have a child who has disabilities which was told to Roland and the mess left everyday was chaotic for her. I haven’t heard from Roland or Genesis Construction since Saturday. He was supposed to bring additional supplies but didn’t, not surprised, and I had to buy them and haven’t been reimbursed! They have their money. HIRE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
