- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Corporate headshot event pricing is customized based on group size, location, and session length. Most on-site team events start with a minimum of 15 participants. Each person receives one professionally retouched image of their choice. Travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia area, Wilmington, and South Jersey is available. Reach out for a custom quote — I'll walk you through everything upfront with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your space, team size, timeline, and brand goals. From there, I handle all the logistics — scheduling, setup, and coaching on the day of the shoot. Each person reviews their images right after their session and selects their favorite. Retouched finals are delivered within about a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation is in wedding photography, which demands working fast, reading people quickly, and capturing genuine moments under pressure — all skills that translate directly to corporate headshots. I've continued building on that with ongoing work across nonprofits, universities, and corporate clients throughout the Philadelphia and Delaware region.
