What a big mistake, I made hiring this company!
They did show up--Got paid the agreed price in full-But never finished the job.

I want to thank you so much for the repair, pressure wash, and stain job on my deck. I've had a few party's at my place since then and have had many compliments on how great it looks. I've handed out some of your business cards and will definitely recommend you to anyone that I can. I could not be happier. Your price by far beat out all the other estimates. I have so much work to do next summer and won't hesitate to call you to do all of it!

During our initial phone conversation, the AAA owner, Chris, assured me that he would remain on the job site. On the agreed upon date, three men arrived, and Chris informed me that he would need to leave briefly for an appointment. "Briefly" turned out to be a six-hour stretch. During that interval, the power washing machine apparently broke down and the two remaining workers were not able to clean more than the first wall, roof and part of one side. They tried to contact Chris, then left for another job. When Chris returned with a different machine and one other worker, it was after 5 pm. The men finished working in the dark. I inspected the best I could and asked that several areas be redone, including an area of mold in the front of the house. They touched up several spots. Unfortunately, the front of the house was left until last. At 8 pm, it was quite dark. I paid Chris and he left. The next morning, I found several areas in front that had not been power washed. I called Chris, who agreed to come the following Saturday. Chris did not come, did not return my calls, and has not contacted me since, in spite of my leaving several messages. The front of my house has areas plainly not cleaned. The job is unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this power washing service.
