Awesome experience with Aqua Plumbing solutions. Angel responded quickly. He set up a next day appointment and was on time for the consultation. He quickly assessed the situation. Unfortunately my hot water heater needed replacing as we did not have hot water. He was able to order the parts and installed the same day. He educated me through the process. I felt that he was honest and gave me fair pricing. He did a great job! He's a nice guy! Great all around experience! Thanks again Angel!

The company was very responsive. The job consisted of bringing my water heating system up to code by installing copper piping and some other adjustments so the property could pass City of Wilmington code enforcement inspection. I submitted my Thumbtack request around 5am and they reached out to me around 9am that morning. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other significantly higher quotes I got. Angel worked quickly and was done in about 1.5 hours. When the code enforcement inspector came back to check the work, he mentioned that the work was of high quality and he especially liked that the contractor used crimping which is something he doesn't really see much of anymore. Needless to say, I passed inspection. I would definitely use this company again and the comments made by the city code enforcement inspector validated that I made right choice selecting this company to perform the work. Angel was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He cleaned the area after he finished working and he was overall a very nice person.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is introduce myself and then I ask them What is their question or concern about the issue that I’m there for. Once they explain that to me, I will go over my process and great detail before any work gets done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing plumbing since 1995. I went for big companies. Worked for small businesses doing different projects. I also went to state apprenticeship of Delaware for plumbing, so l can further my education in plumbing.
