We recently had a complete water filtration system installed by Purfect Water Solutions and couldn’t be happier! Our experience started with Curtis who was very professional, friendly, and explained all of our questions and the install was scheduled for less than a week away. Ryan and Mike were the installers who were courteous, respectful, and their work exemplified their experience and knowledge. We immediately tasted the refreshing difference of alkaline water and definitely feel the difference in the water quality with our skin. Also the General Manager Evan was very helpful and accommodating to make sure our installation went as smooth as possible. This is a 5 star company and we highly recommend them hands down.

Reliable, Knowledgeable, and Truly Worth It – Highly Recommend!
After consulting with four other companies (a mix of local businesses and larger commercial names), we ultimately chose to go with Purfect Water Solutions, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. What set them apart was their deep knowledge, straightforward pricing, and confidence in their product.
Curtis was by far the most knowledgeable representative we spoke with. He conducted an in-depth water test right in our home—checking for hardness, minerals, dissolved solids, and even microplastics. While a few other companies did similar tests, none explained the results with the same clarity or understanding. He broke down how each aspect affected both water quality and health, and wasn’t dismissive of our concerns about microbes in city water like others were (who just pointed to high chlorine levels as a catch-all solution).
While their system wasn’t the most “high-tech” on the market (other companies offered Wi-Fi-connected devices with apps that alert you when to add salt or change filters), the build quality and overall reliability of Purfect Water Solutions’s system stood out. What really gave us confidence was their lifetime warranty—covering the entire system. Other companies offered piecemeal warranties (e.g., 5 years on carbon media, 10 years on the tank, 2 years on the valve), which felt much less reassuring.
We chose the Hydronex 30C water softener and reverse osmosis system with remineralization, and we’re thrilled with both. The RO system, in particular, stood out because of the remineralization cartridge—a huge plus. Most RO systems strip out everything, including healthy minerals, but this one ensures we get clean, safe water without sacrificing essential minerals.
We also opted into their biannual service subscription, where they come out to perform routine maintenance, change filters, and replace the RO membrane every four years. It’s a great value add that gives us peace of mind.
An unexpected (but amazing) bonus: they partner with a health-conscious soap and detergent company, and we now get free, customizable cleaning products for five years! We got to choose our scents and product types—everything from dish soap to laundry detergent.
Installation was smooth and professional. It only took about an hour, and the technician was courteous, clean, and respectful of our home. When a small leak appeared under the RO system the next day, they came back out promptly—no hassle or extra charge. They also had no issue drilling through our quartz countertop to install the drinking water spigot, which some other companies were hesitant to do.
After about three months of use, we’ve noticed major improvements—our hair and skin feel softer, no more white buildup on faucets, and no significant change in our energy bill. We’re a household of two adults and have only used half the salt in the system’s tank after two months, which speaks to the system’s efficiency.

I had the whole house treatment solution installed, softner and under sink RO system for drinking water. Unit has a sleek design and not too big, as shown in picture, cost was reasonable, technician showed up on time and did a great job with installation. Product came with good warranty as well. I am happy with the product. Highly recommend for anyone considering it.
