- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bernacki Virtual Solutions has many different payment options such as pre made package pricing, a la carte pricing, as well as custom package pricing. All payments are due up front on the first of the month. If you are booking (time slot services) those hours must be used within 30 days of purchasing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When bringing on a new client, we first will do a 1:1 chat to discuss your business, and what your expectations are. Depending on the chat, BVS will send over our proposal and next steps. We make the process as simple and through as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With my extensive background in: Retail management, I have learned the ins and outs of running a retail store for both high end / boutique items, as well as presenting with excellent customer service. Office management, I have learned how to manage staff, run and teach many computer programs. Medical Office Management, work extensively working with psychiatric, and substance use clients, overwhelmed staff members as well as chart auditing, billing, prior authorizations etc. Real Estate, as a front desk associate I have assisted with telecommunications with buyers, sellers, and other agents. Assist realtors with their listings, email management. Post front desk associate I took a class on real estate assisting as well as transaction coordination.
