When I first went to see Michele I was really in a bad place in my life. Going through a divorce, with all of the guilt associated with that and my self confidence was non existent. I had been to a psychologist and got nothing but judgment from that experience. I can truly say that Michele not only gave me my confidence back, but made me feel good about myself and life again. Seeing her was a life changing experience, I can honestly say I would NOT be where I am today without her and Sean. The ability to talk about any subject, not only without judgment, but with encouragement and understanding was so very helpful. I did not set out to look for a Life Coach. They found me through circumstantial Internet surfing on my part. Not too long ago I found myself going through the darkest period of my life. I knew I had to make a change, but I was confused and felt defeated by life's challenges. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients complete a coaching questionnaire and email that back to us for review. We then schedule a telephone consult or have an email discussion with the client to discuss how we can support the client in reaching his/her goals. Our coaching program includes three 90-minute coaching sessions over several months where clients apply the skills they learned in the coaching sessions. Change begins to happen after 30 days, if not sooner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michele & Sean both have Bachelor's degrees from Washington College, Chestertown, MD and attended a life coaching training program. 90% of the tools they use with clients is intuitive.
