My experience with Ren was great! He installed a new electrical line and outlet for my electric stove. He was on time professional and knowledgeable. Got myself a reliable electrician for future projects.

Ren did a great job replacing the hanging light in my eat in kitchen. He was on time, got the job done quickly and was very friendly too. He was also very helpful when I had to reschedule the appointment. I would recommend Ren and hire him again myself for electrical work.
We needed a ceiling fan and outlets to our porch and thought it would be a hellish project. But they came out, assessed very quickly, and gave us some solution options that were less cumbersome than we thought. The completed work is excellent and they explained everything to us before doing it.

REN was excellent to work with. He reached out to me immediately and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and the price quoted was the price I paid. He worked efficiently and I love my new light fixture. I will definitely use him again!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is per job, not hourly. The customer explains what they want to be done and I quote them a price for the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact, I like to ensure that I am clear on what the customer wants to be done. With the scope of the job and the timeline in mind, I quote my price. If the customer agrees, then we move on to getting the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a university graduate, licensed electrician, OSHA certified professional. I am also a computer technician.
