My services start with a structured X-Factor Strategy Session, which is designed to identify what’s not working in your situation and map out a clear plan forward. This session is priced as a one-time consultation so you can get real clarity without committing to a long-term program. If additional support or follow-up sessions make sense after that, we discuss options based on your specific needs. There are no required packages or long-term contracts. The goal is to give you practical direction and let you decide the next step.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most clients start with an X-Factor Strategy Session. This is a structured one-on-one conversation where we review your current situation, identify what isn’t working, and clarify your priorities and goals. From there, I help you map out a clear, practical plan forward. You leave the session knowing your next steps and what actions make the most sense for your situation. If additional guidance or follow-up support would be helpful after that, we can discuss it but everything starts with the initial strategy session so we focus on the right solution first.
