Introduction: For over 30yrs. my passion has been the guitar. I took private lessons and went on to earn a B.A. in Commercial Music from Shenandoah Conservatory. I have been playing and teaching for so long, I have seen many many different types of people at different ability levels. I know how to help all different kinds of players. From 9-65yrs I like helping people play music. It makes the world a better place and it adds another dimension to a person. I love it when the student begins to understand something about music they previously didn't know prior to our lessons. That is very gratifying.

Chris is great. Transcribes note for note. Plays drums too. So you can set things up to sing and play to drum or guitar accompaniment.

When I started with Chris, I knew about three guitar chords and couldn't change chords at all. Now I know hundreds of chords and know almost fifty different songs. I couldn't have asked for a better guitar teacher.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100.00 per month for 4-half hour lessons (once a week, four times per month) $200.00 per month for 4 one hour lessons (once a week, 4 times per month)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No student is the same. They pick up guitar for different reasons. I talk with them and see what their goals are for playing guitar. I give them warm ups, scales and chords. We learn to read music and understand theory as well as learn popular songs.
