- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our firm has a 3-tier value plan. Depending upon the current status of the customer's business development, our assessment will determine the level of value to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by assessing a client's current situation to determine if our firm will be able to assist the client. Once eligible, we proceed with determining which services are needed at this state of the business development. We provide our services via the Cloud to ensure the security level of a client's data.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Graduate certificate in Accounting, BS in Accounting, and an MBA in Finance. I also hold a Life Insurance Producer license, and a Securities license.
