Good experience except for a small hiccup. But it all finally worked out.
Had some issues with installation of gutter with the first step but had to have them come back to fix it and it worked.
Manager and scheduling were responsive.

Everyone at Tycos is very friendly, communicative, and on time. I needed to have my windows looked over and repaired for putting my house on the market. They did a great job in a unique situation since the parts for my windows have been discontinued. They were very professional in finding ways for me to check this task off of my list. I would definitely use them in the future for window replacement or other outdoor work that they provide!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only charge for the labor and products that go into your project! We do not have any hidden fees. We offer free estimates for the jobs as well!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted about a job, we will schedule a representative to come out to your home to give an estimate on any and all work desired to be done. Depending on the project, an estimate is given on the spot or within a few days!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple employees from installers to the owner that are trained and certified through various organizations and programs. We stay up-to-date with all training and practices to be the experts in each field!
