FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing varies with every job. There are often subtle differences or issues with each job. And each customer has different specific ideas or financing issues. Sometimes it pays to b flexable and do a job maybe a little cheaper because of repeat business or good word of mouth to othet potential customers. And sometimes people just need a helping hand getting a job done in a perticular time frame or budget constraints
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them dicuss their design ideas and material options. And to offer refferences and my insurance information. I try to be punctual and honest about any issues or questions they may have. I refuse to give false information or promises on timelines or materials just to get the jobs. Also if a customer has ideas or prefferences that may effect quality or stability of the work, i will try to explain in a professional manner why those perticular things may hurt the overall appearence or durabilty of their project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

It has all been on the job hands on training and have accelled at. I love carpentry and construction and the pride that comes from a job well done and satified repeat customers.
