I have met Ron fifteen years ago. As an exhibiting artist I wanted a visually beautiful web site that will showcase my art; be simple to navigate and allow me to get orders on line. Ron spent a lot of time with me explaining the process and the different options that will suit my business model. I was impressed with his vast knowledge, clarity, explanations of technical issues and practical suggestions.
I was rewarded with a website that had all the whistles and bells in a stunning futuristic look.
Since 2000 we have upgraded and lately moved the website to an updated new platform.
All these years while EgniteBIZ grew to where it is today we continued to get hands on technical support. Requests for changes; problem solving: navigating thru the maze of the internet and all the different providers all is taken care of in an orderly swift reliable and secure fashion.
Since my left brain is dominant creating ART I am delighted to have egniteBIZ taking care of what my right brain struggles with.

I reached out to egniteBIZ for a redesign of my travel blog, d travels 'round. The old site was dated, too similar to the other travel blogs out there, and I wanted a fresh look that stood out from the crowd. I spoke with egnite and explained what I was looking for and the must-haves for the site and within a few days, they delivered a mock-up of what they envisioned the site to look like. I fell in love with it. It was colorful. It was well-organized. It definitely stood out from other travel blogs out there who all use the same theme. Throughout the entire process, their team was very responsive (especially since I am entirely NOT web-savvy when it comes to terms to explain things), very professional and very helpful. When it was finished, I was extremely happy with the work they did. There are still days I just click on the site and stare at it. Now, the company handles my security, backups and maintenance. If I have a question or need something done, they are always there and get it done quickly. I'd recommend egniteBIZ to anyone looking to freshen up their website (the designs I have seen are beyond gorgeous!) and needs an experienced and small business savvy team to help them out. I've worked with a few web developers over the years and egniteBIZ has, by far, been the best one.

egniteBiz does wonderful work. Although I recognize the importance of Ecommerce, this is not my area of expertise. Fortunately, the staff is patient and very understanding of my limitations! Our website turned out beautifully. If I have an issue with something, I just send a note and the problem is resolved within 24 hours. They take good care of their customers.
