FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding their needs. I like to begin with a quick conversation—either in person, or to learn more about what they’re looking for and how I can help. Once I understand their goals, I provide a clear proposal or estimate outlining the services, timeline, and pricing. After we agree on the details, I stay in regular communication throughout the project to make sure everything meets their expectations. Once the work is complete, I always follow up to ensure they’re satisfied and to see if there’s anything else I can do to support them. Building long-term relationships is really important to me, so customer satisfaction is my top priority.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of customers over the years. I’ve served individuals, families, small businesses, and even larger organizations. Every customer has different needs and expectations, and I enjoy adapting my services to meet those unique goals. Whether someone needs a one-time project, ongoing support, or something completely custom, I’m always open to working with all types of customers and making sure they get exactly what they need.
