The reason for a 2 is because after the pro gave me a flat price, then they charged me twice more, which was fine with me. The problem is that they didn't explain at the beginning that my backsplash needed to come out and at the end he said he was not able to finish the job for the price agreed. At the end it took the pros about 5 days to finish a simple 2day work and still the drywalls are still bumpy and not well textured.
