The installers for our new bathroom we meticulous in their attention to detail when it came to the tile work. They ensured that every single tile was installed level and centered. They also listened to our concerns but provided quick and effective solutions when unexpected issues popped up. We live in an older home, so it was expected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable. We have many discounts available just ask for details. When is comes to remodeling, you shouldn't look for the "cheapest price" because it is a sign of poor quality work (or lack of work that is done). The more expensive companies sometimes are out to "price gouge". We fall in the middle where you get the best quality work for the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different. Typically, it starts with a conversation and evaluation to understand your needs. Then we proceed with ordering materials if needed, and scheduling the installation. We keep you informed every step of the way from start to finish. Post-installation, we meet with you again to ensure you are more than satisfied with the project. We are not done until YOU say so. It's your home so at the end we want to make sure that the project is perfect since YOU will be living with it. After all, YOU, the customer is most important to us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience and knowledge in the home improvement industry. That's why every member of our team has specific skillsets to ensure that each task is completed to the upmost quality.
