The installers for our new bathroom we meticulous in their attention to detail when it came to the tile work. They ensured that every single tile was installed level and centered. They also listened to our concerns but provided quick and effective solutions when unexpected issues popped up. We live in an older home, so it was expected. Thanks to Quality Remodeling, we now have the bathroom of our dreams!

While we had a rocky start with an employee no longer with the company I can't say enough positive things about the process once Malik took over. Excellent communication, all promises kept. And when the work actually started Tate and the team were outstanding. They showed when scheduled, worked hard and finished what they said they would when they said they would. I have had a bad experience with another company and that alone elevated them. 5 stars for all of the workers and Tate! They kept me informed and finished what they said they would on time and beautifully. They were organized and always had what they needed with them. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. And my kitchen is perfect!

We had an excellent experience with our kitchen remodel with this company. The supervisors Matt & Malik gave us a lot of support, personally checked on the project multiple times, and were very knowledgeable throughout the process. Josue, Ernesto and Daniels crew did gorgeous tile work, and Tate was also very helpful and responsive. They completed this job on a tight schedule given we were giving birth to our baby, and they kept in mind our timing needs and made extra efforts to work on the weekend, which made a huge difference for us. When we had trouble getting the tile we wanted, they went above and beyond to try to order it from multiple places for us. We are very happy with our experience with Quality Remodeling and grateful for our new beautiful kitchen!

We had our hall bath and master bath remodeled. Quality Remodeling did a GREAT job. Everything looks amazing. We ran the tile to the ceiling in the master bath walk-in shower around a half moon window. They cut the tile perfect, every angle and curve spot on. Best part my wife loves too. Everyone was great to work with. I highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very affordable. We have many discounts available just ask for details. When is comes to remodeling, you shouldn't look for the "cheapest price" because it is a sign of poor quality work (or lack of work that is done). The more expensive companies sometimes are out to "price gouge". We fall in the middle where you get the best quality work for the best value.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project is different. Typically, it starts with a conversation and evaluation to understand your needs. Then we proceed with ordering materials if needed, and scheduling the installation. We keep you informed every step of the way from start to finish. Post-installation, we meet with you again to ensure you are more than satisfied with the project. We are not done until YOU say so. It's your home so at the end we want to make sure that the project is perfect since YOU will be living with it. After all, YOU, the customer is most important to us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have decades of experience and knowledge in the home improvement industry. That's why every member of our team has specific skillsets to ensure that each task is completed to the upmost quality.
