- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $10.00 for the first signature and an additional $5.00 per signature additional signature. A travel fee maybe assessed for any distance 30 miles or more from zip code 32714. Loan documents and other similar documents will need to come from your financial institution/title agency with my standard fee at that time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for a new customer entails the following: -I contact the customer to introduce myself and confirm the appointment time allotted. -Inform the customer on which proper forms of identification are accepted to provide notary services. -Advise the customer on what payment methods are accepted. -Perform notary duties with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed all necessary training to become a Notary Public and I am an active member go the American Association of Notaries.
