- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a wide variety of jobs that we do. The most common would be general home and office cleaning, followed by a move out cleaning. We also get a lot of window cleaning and carpet cleaning jobs. Our carpet cleaning service is second to none. We use a large portable professional machine which has the same psi and suction power as truck mounted equipment. We actually spend time getting your carpet cleaned and getting all the spots out. We will never charge a ridiculous fee of $7 per room and then hit you will all sorts of extra fees. You will know what you are paying up front.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You need to verify that they are licensed, bonded and insured otherwise having someone in your home without all three items could prove costly for you in the long run. Also, ask for a list of references. When we go to an estimate we always bring a proposal folder which includes a copy of our license and insurance information as well as a list of references.
