ELEV8 was superior in providing a timely quote, explaining the process and cost, being flexible to work with my requirements and doing an excellent job. I received a notice from the Building Department stating I had to demolish an incomplete garage structure on my property. On June 26 (a Friday) I put in a request to find a contractor for demolition and removal of the garage structure thru Home Advisor. The same day I received a quote from ELEV8 Land Clearing & Demolition. Time was important because I was given a time limit to complete the demolition. I had lost a week and some days because I had not picked up my mail from the Post Office Box in 2 weeks. The other contractors chosen by Home Advisor contacted me but would not be able to give me a quote until the following week. I talked with a representative from ELEV8 after receiving the quote and he explained the whole process. What I really appreciated was his explaining how they arrived at the cost. (The walls of the garage were Insulated Concrete Foam.) Talking with the representative I became aware that I had not included removal of old construction debris. I quickly got a quote back for the debris. After the demolition the site was clean. If I had not seen the structure I would not have known it was ever there. The city building inspector has cleared me. Lastly, I did not wait to get all the quotes because I was under a time constraint and the prompt service I received from the representative. In the end ELEV8 had the lowest quote and their work was excellent. I am so thankful that I picked ELEV8 to demolish the structure and clear the site of debris. I unhesitatingly recommend ELEV8 for demolition because their work and service are superior and their price was reasonable and fair.

ELEV8 demolished my 28'X 66' double wide mobile home including the steel trailer beams and had the land cleaned up within hours. Operator Shawn did an excellent job and made sure the plants, pump and septic tank were unharmed as I had requested. The estimate was what I paid. I highly recommend them.

Ben and his team did an excellent job of removing an inground pool and screen enclosure that was adjacent to my house. They were very responsive when I asked for a quote, and did the work quickly. It was amazing how they could operate the equipment in such a tight space. They cleaned up the work area when they were finished, and checked back to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them!
