- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimate in person and offer competitive pricing and discounts on recurring services and customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To book a free estimate we ask for an address, name, phone number or email to send the estimate and when ready e can book the customer for the service. We have our clean guaranteed policy, which mean if we missed something in our cleaning process, the customer can call us withing 48 hours and we gladly come back and touch it up for free.
