Treatment type
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The treatments we offer include a variety of massages such as the following: * deep tissue ($45 for 1/2 hour; $80 for an hour; $120 for 90 minutes) -- Deep tissue focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as Swedish, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain. * Swedish ($45 for 1/2 hour; $80 for an hour; $120 for 90 minutes) -- One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. * hot stone ($50 for 1/2 hour; $85 for an hour; $125 for 90 minutes) -- The premise behind hot stone massage therapy is that the direct heat of the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist access to their deeper muscle layers. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body. The hot stones have a sedative effect that can relieve chronic pain, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. * sports ($45 for 1/2 hour; $80 for an hour; $120 for 90 minutes) -- The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. This focuses on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movement. Sports therapy can be used as a means to enhance pre-event preparation and reduce recovery time for maximum performance during training or after an event. Athletes have discovered that specially designed sports massage promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance, helps prevent injuries, and prepares their body and mind for optimal performance. * arthrossage ($100 for an hour; $135 for 90 minutes) -- This style of massage is primarily used to treat medical conditions of arthritis and fibromayalgia. It is also a very beneficial treatment for athletes. It utilizes a gentle technique working from the central nervous system out. This causes the body to release rigidity by decreasing pressure on the joints.

Super professional with keen attention to my needs, Victoria has the strongest hands of any masseuse I've encountered. Maybe too strong, as I couldn't handle her strength and requested a slightly lighter touch, which was immediately and carefully rendered. Overall, a highly professional and enjoyable experience.
