Introduction: Having callbacks is not an option as my abilities enable me to insure that I get the job done the first time I am called out to a job site. In all the years I have been repairing computers, I had only one call back and that was only because the customer downloaded a software that was infected when I told her not to until she installed an anti-virus on her computer and she did not listen. What I like most about my work is the challenges that I sometimes face. You never know what you are going to encounter when facing a PC repair because you have to see what has been installed on the computer and no one, and I mean no one has seen everything out there so when I face the challenge of the unknown, it make me think and work to find out if there are conflicts between existing software packages on the computer, especially if they are adding software to a POS terminal when they are no supposed to.
