What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide my bookkeeping services as a flat rate fee. My fee is customized based on your needs and the information that you provide me. This means whatever price I quote you is going to be the price you pay - no surprises and no guessing. The first project or month of engagement on your bookkeeping will be calculated at a discounted rate of $50/hour. However, each following project or month of engagement will be calculated at my normal rate of $75/hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Accounting with 3+ years of experience working in the public and private sectors. I am QuickBooks Online Certified and have received certification through Bookkeeper Launch (one of the most comprehensive bookkeeping business courses on the market).
