I arrange air and ocean consolidation, FCL, LCL, exports, trucking and warehousing. I establish controls and standards for proper Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes, ensuring the correct classification is being applied by all your suppliers. I improve traffic department organization by developing KPI for your suppliers and 3PL providers. I assist in developing and implementing company routing and compliance guide for all domestic and international shipments. I act as a liaison between your company and all 3PL providers, including truckers, freight forwarders, etc. I develop policy procedures and processes to ensure proper actions are being implemented. I have excellent collaboration skills to create relationships with clients, internal teams, and external support services.
