In which you only pay parts and labor .We would love the opportunity to work with you and getting all of your appliance repair needs taken care of, maintained, and back to working smoothly =) Unfortunately we currently do not work on microwaves,gas appliances,Samsung and lg refrigerators sorry for any inconvenience. I can only choose three options but I would have selected all five for Smart Tech Appliance and service. The repair we needed was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The technician called before arriving, was able to get to us earlier than schedule (a bonus for a working family) and explained the issue we were having. Parts needed to ordered, which was done quickly and installed in a reasonable about of time. Pricing was up front and not over expensive. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

Smart Tech did was they said they would do. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and agreed to a reasonable service fee that would be applied to the repair cost. Angel had to replace a burned out motor so we FedEx’d it for $30 and he installed it the very next day. I was pleased to receive a $30 first time customer discount and paid with my VISA card. Great job and I will use Smart Tech again.

12 year old GE refrigerator is now working like new! Richard identified the problem, ordered the parts and installed them all within a very short time. He is professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Thank you Richard for the repair. I will use Smart Tech again and recommend Smart Tech to family and friends.

    Here at smart Tech we Try to be very competitive in pricing. We might not be the cheapest or most expensive but we get things done right. and leave you feeling satisfied and at ease.our diagnostic fee of $79.00.for broward and Palm beach counties is for 1 of our professional appliance techs to come to your house and diagnose your problem with the appliance,no matter how long the diagnosis is the fee is $79.00This fee is waived if you repair the appliance.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We take all your information down tell you our service call rate .make an appointment and come out asap .usually same day or next day if we are busy.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All our techs went to a tech school for appliances for all factory training and on the field for hands on training.
