FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that there is no such thing as insurance for criminal defense cases. Families are often not prepared to have to pay for legal defense. That is why we work with our clients to set reasonable payment options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we prefer a in-office consultation so that we can learn more about our clients and their future goals. For us, it is not just about getting a good result, but we also want to get the right result. Each client has different needs that we try to keep in perspective when representing our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Attorneys are former prosecutors and therefore know how the State tries to build their case. In addition to their former training as Prosecutors our attorneys are members of the National College of DUI Defense and have completed extensive training in the latest DUI trial defense laws.
