- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I conitnually take CLE classes, I am part of the Palm Brach County Bar Association Real Estate CLE committee. I read up on the trade journals to see the trends in real estate.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Florida is not an attorney friendly state regarding residential home purchases. Buying a home is the single most expensive purchase a person makes in their lifetime. Given this fact, and while most brokers are well qualified in their field, they are not attorneys and I do feel it is very important that both buyers and sellers seek the advice of counsel in these transactions, while most are simple you need to prepare for the unexpected. Most attorneys charge a flat fee for their services and in the long run you will be happy that you had an advocate in your corner.
