I recently had service for hair and makeup on 4/26/25. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. While the stylist was friendly and responsive, the quality of the service fell short. Specifically, I had requested an updo and soft glam for a wedding I was attending. However, I would have appreciated more communication during the process to ensure alignment with my requests. My updo was extremely messy and fell before I got to the event. My makeup was not soft glam but instead made me look sun burned, in addition; the products used seemed to cause skin irritation. I also had to add mascara and eye shadow since my stylist failed to do so. I may have been at fault when I rescheduled for a later time, therefore I was provided with a different stylist. Nonetheless, I should not have been treated differently than any other client. I was very disappointed the look did not suit the occasion and caused undue stress. I hope EMB Beauty & Barber considers this feedback to improve their services and ensure a better experience for future clients. Thank you.

❤️ Dear Nalinda, we have on record that you attempted to book with us a few months ago and he didn't respond after we made all the arrangements for you. You then booked with us about a month ago and we honored your appointment. We sent you the procedure to send us a picture of your face and for us to get pictures of what you were looking forward to getting as far as hair and makeup. You opted not to cooperate. Us receiving that preliminary information helps us give you the most efficient, convenient, and best service possible. ❤️ Within hours of the appointment you wanted us to reschedule you from 10:30 to 1:00. We had to find another stylist for you. ❤️Had it had been at 11:00 like we proposed, we would have had more than enough time to take care of your hair and makeup desires. ❤️ You rushed are team member, and then you attempted to forfeit the payment. We had to find another stylist for you. ❤️ Each stylist is given a personalized makeup kit for their clients. Person never showed up. Never asked for address. For sure asked for a deposit though. Leaving town to see my family that I haven’t seen in a year. And I can’t contact anyone on here because they have it set up to only texts and then they don’t reply. I’m so absolutely pissed. Have been planning this for a week or longer . Terrible service . Absolutely awful company do not trust this company. Keep your money please!
