Prime Airinstalled a brand new split unit for me on a Friday. The next day, the unit wasnt working properly. Prime Air answered my call on a Saturday and dispatched a technician. It was a simple fix, and the unit is working great. I would recommend this company. Great service, reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable. They stand behind their products and service.
