Julian arrived on time and was able to determine the source of the malfunction of my hard-wired doorbell which was quite a laborious process. Still, he persevered and did the hard work of re-wiring the doorbell which included going up into the attic space to properly repair the system. I appreciate someone who doesn't cut corners despite complicated issues.
