- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a FREE initial consultation because I believe it is important for the client and attorney to get to know each other since we'll be working closely together as you move through the process. Once we discuss your particular case, I can give you an estimated cost for the entire case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process always starts with the consultation. It usually lasts about an hour and we go over the case, discuss the potential client's specific facts and circumstances and come up with a plan of action should the potential client retain my services.

Divorce, child support, alimony, pre-nuptial agreement, post-nuptial agreement, modification, division of property, mediation, wills, trusts & estates.
