Nat was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in with Princesa, it was clear how much love, care, and attention to detail Nat puts into everything. The space is very clean, welcoming, and clearly designed with pets' comfort in mind. Nat has an amazing way with animals, my usually anxious pup was relaxed and happy. Communication was great, and I even got updates with adorable photos. It’s so reassuring to know my dog is in such capable and compassionate hands. My 5 year old chihuahua, Cici, is quite the diva! Cici doesn’t like people especially people she doesn’t know. In addition, she is a nipper and a biter! Yes…I admit it! So there are only a few people that I will leave Cici with. I planned a last minute but much needed vacation for myself. My friend was unable to keep Cici while I was away. I tried a boarding facility and the facility refused to keep Cici (remember she is a nipper and a bitter!). So I did a search on Thumbstack for a pet sitter and sent out several messages to potential pet sitters. Natalia responded immediately. Natalia and I scheduled a time to meet so she could meet and get to know Cici. Unfortunately, when Natalia met Cici, Cici was not on her best behavior! But instead of walking away, Natalia agreed to keep Cici. She assured me that Cici would be in good hands and that Cici would be okay. Of course, the first few days on vacation I was extremely worried about Cici and Natalia. But surprisingly on the third day, Natalia sent me a picture of she and Cici. Amazingly, Natalia was holding Cici AND Cici was giving Natalia a kiss!!! (See the attached picture). You have no idea how relieved I felt that they both were doing so great! Because of Natalia, I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip because I knew Cici was HAPPY and in VERY GOOD HANDS! Also, throughout my trip, Natalia sent me updates, pictures and videos of Cici which made me know even more that Cici was doing great! I say all of this to let you know that Natalia is an amazing pet sitter! I knew instantly when I met Natalia that she was a sweetheart and that I could trust her with Cici. She is a kind, patient and loving person. Her home is beautiful and very clean. And her boyfriend is a sweetheart just like Natalia! I hope my story will help you choose Natalia as your next pet sitter because you and your pet will not be disappointed!

Natalia was so good with our 3 pit bull mixes. Our dogs are 1yr, 3 and 13. We had a family friend staying at our home but due to working a full-time job, we needed someone to come to our house 2x’s per day to let our dogs out and give them exercise. She updated me daily with photos and made me feel very comfortable that our dogs were in good hands. We will definitely use her again!
