What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All consultations are FREE. My fee depends on the legal service the client is looking for. I offer contingency fee, hourly fee, and flat fee, again depending on each specific case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally I will speak with the new client to determine exactly what their legal problem is, discuss their options and my pricing for each option. I like to analyze each legal issue and explain to the client the process including the pros and cons of their case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law Admitted to the Florida Bar Admitted to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida, with honors, 4.0 GPA Notary Public
