My flowers were beautiful and the quality was good, but they were not exactly what I asked for. Communication throughout the process was just okay. I didn’t always feel heard, and there should be a better way to confirm the client’s vision, like a demo or mock-up before the final order.The biggest issue for me was the wedding day. The florist I worked with did not deliver the flowers herself, and someone else showed up without any heads-up. She also never followed up to confirm I received everything or to make sure I was satisfied. For the amount of money spent and the stress of the day, that lack of follow-up was very disappointing.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Leissa. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I’m happy to hear you though the flowers were beautiful. I also want to explain a bit from my side so everything is clear. Before the wedding, I personally came to the address you gave me so we could plan everything correctly. On the wedding day, my team member went to that same address, but he was told the wedding was actually happening somewhere else. We were not informed the location had changed, so it was a surprise for us too. I let you know in the morning that our team member would be doing the delivery, and he sent me photos showing that everything was delivered and set up. Because of that, I was sure everything went smoothly. We usually check in about two weeks later, since most couples go on their honeymoon right after the wedding and we try not to disturb them during that time. As for confirming the vision — mock-ups are always an option, but they do require extra money. You were able to come see our setup in person before the wedding, so we went over the style and flowers together at that time. Still, I appreciate your suggestion, and I’m always working on making the process clearer and more comfortable for my clients. Thank you again for your honesty. Feedback like this really helps us improve. We truly wish you all the best in this new chapter!
