- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe the one size fits all does NOT work. We consult with each new client to hear their needs and fit our pricing to best fit those needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CELEBRATION! We first celebrate each new client by taking the time to get to know them. Once we have built the beginning of a relationship we go over their needs. Depending on those needs we have different steps that can be taken (ex. in a time crunch we expedite certain steps, not sure what you want? We send an in depth branding questionnaire to help figure that out). At the completion of each project we send over the necessary files to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nicole has a degree in Graphic Design and started her career with a franchise corporation working her way up. Adam has a degree in Marketing and started his career at a large Non-profit. Nicole and Adam now run Seventh Ave Creative full time.
